If you're not satisfied with your purchase, request a full refund within 15 days of your order date — on SoberGPS Premium and on venue listing plans.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt to request a refund, or email us at support@sobergps.com and we'll help you through it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to post the funds.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you're within the 15-day window.
Founders 50 and other promotional periods are free for their stated duration. You can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. If a charge does go through and you'd rather not continue, the 15-day guarantee above still applies.
